Neche, 25, lawyer and entrepreneur from Anambra State, spent years watching Big Brother Naija from her couch, observing housemates get exposed, dragged, memed, and evicted, and then made a fully informed decision to enter the house herself. In aviation, this is called a crash investigator boarding the aircraft mid-incident. In law, her own profession, it is called proceeding with full knowledge of the risk, which, as any lawyer will tell you, voids the insurance.

It took her less than twenty-four hours to open her first case. On Day 1, before some housemates had located the bathroom, Neche was already in a full dispute with Abi over a wager task — a matter she prosecuted with vigour, billable hours accumulating in a currency Biggie does not honour. Team Nurture reportedly struggled with the task all week, meaning her first client engagement ended, like many Nigerian legal matters, in noise, delay and no judgment.

Her profile discloses a hidden talent that deserves careful reading: "extreme flexibility,  she can bend backwards to the floor." A Nigerian lawyer who can bend backwards is not a hidden talent; it is a professional requirement. This is a country where the judiciary itself has performed manoeuvres that would injure a gymnast.
