#BBNAIJA SULTEX: Four Job Titles, Zero Hidden Talents, Full Confidence

Sultex, 24, from Lagos State, holds the most crowded business card in Biggie's house: professional dancer, choreographer, cast director and movie director. Four titles. At twenty-four. And yet, when the official form requested his hidden talent, this man, this walking production company, answered that he "has not discovered one yet." Nigeria, do you understand what has happened here? Sultex has no hidden talents because nothing about him is hidden. Every ability he possesses has been extracted, titled, printed and deployed. He is running at full disclosure, maximum capacity, all assets listed. The man has been fully mined.

There is something almost spiritual about the honesty. His colleagues are claiming telepathy and spinal therapy, and Sultex, the most professionally accomplished young person in the building, looked into himself and reported vacancy. "Not discovered yet." It is the answer of a man who has checked. He has searched the premises. Whatever was there has already been converted into a job title and invoiced.

The mathematics of his career deserve federal audit. To be a dancer, a choreographer, a cast director and a movie director by 24, Sultex must have started delegating in primary school. That is one title every six years of life, a promotion rate unseen outside the Nigerian civil service during election season. At this trajectory, by 30 he will be a parastatal; by 35, a sector.

Inside the house, the portfolio makes him dangerously useful. Every wager task needs choreography, Sultex. Every presentation needs directing,  Sultex. Every house party needs a dance floor general, Sultex again. Like Barry the seven-hobby industrialist, he risks becoming infrastructure: too essential to evict, too busy working to build a storyline of his own. The Nigerian curse in miniature, the most skilled person in the building, servicing everyone else's content.

His stated mission is to take his entertainment career to "the next level," which raises one genuine question: which career? Sir, you have four. Pick a lane, or at minimum, pick a lead SIM.
